What metrics and dimensions are supported?
The daily CSV files contain the following columns:
date (yyyy-mm-dd)
product_id
channel
spend
impressions
clicks
campaign_name
campaign_id
Specific channel dimensions can be optionally added:
adset_name (Meta and Snapchat only)
adset_id (Meta and Snapchat only)
ad_name (Meta and Snapchat only)
ad_id (Meta and Snapchat only)
Can you add other metrics like Revenue or Product ROAS to the export?
Not at the moment. Most recent data for metrics from web&app analytical tools are not always available and we cannot guarantee they will be included in the export.
We are exploring possible workarounds.
Can you add product attributes like stockout score or product age to the export?
Not at the moment. Please let us know your preference so we can consider it in future development.
Can you export data on the category or brand level instead of product level?
Not at the moment. Please let us know your preference so we can consider it in future development.
Can you also export historical data?
Yes. We automatically export the data for the past 12 months and then add new data every day.
STORAGE & ACCESS
Where is the data exported?
CSV files are uploaded daily to a dedicated AWS S3 bucket owned by ROI Hunter. Each market has a single bucket.
Can you change the format or storage of the scheduled exports?
Not at the moment. Please let us know your preference so we can consider it in future development.
When do I get access?
You receive access credentials (access key + secret) to retrieve the files after addendum to the current contract is signed by the contract signatory.
How long is the data available?
The CSV files are guaranteed to remain in the bucket for at least 30 days after they were uploaded.
What time can I expect the data to be available each day?
The previous day’s export should be available in the bucket in the early morning hours of the following day.

What happens after scheduled export is requested?
We will process your request and will get in touch with your contract signatory with an addendum to the current contract. After signing, you will get access credentials to the exported data storage.
Can the scheduled export service be cancelled?
No. The scheduled export service is added to the current contract and lasts for its remaining duration. It is not a separate subscription service.
Can I switch markets for my scheduled exports?
Yes, but both markets must have the same range of products for the given price tier.
Is any other discount applicable besides the multi-market discount?
No. The pricing of scheduled exports is fixed.
