What are the implications of Service Suspension?

Learn more about risks associated with unpaid invoice or expired contract.

Updated over a year ago

When the invoice for using our service becomes overdue or your contract with ROI Hunter expires, there is a risk of your service being suspended. Here's what service suspension entails:

1. Loss of Access to ROI Hunter: You will no longer be able to access ROI Hunter and its features.

2. Inability to View or Modify Data: Logging in and making changes to your data or performing any platform-related actions will not be possible.

3. Removal of Customized Image Templates: Your customized image templates, which are powered by ROI Hunter, will become unavailable. If your images in Meta and/or Snapchat dynamic ads currently contain a template created in the ROI Hunter platform, these will be removed and replaced by your original plain image.

4. Stoppage of Product Filters and Segments Processing: ROI Hunter will no longer process your product filters and segments into Meta, Google and/or Snapchat feeds. This may result in an empty product set. Meta will permanently stop displaying ads if your product set doesn't contain any products.

5. Halting of Automated Rules: Any automated rules you have set up will stop functioning. Your campaigns will no longer be controlled by ROI Hunter's automated rules.

6. Scheduled Exports: You won’t be able to set and receive scheduled data exports from Campaign Insights.

To avoid this situation, we strongly recommend reaching out to our Support team as soon as possible. They will guide you through the necessary steps to settle any outstanding invoices or renew your contract. By doing so, you can regain full access to the platform and continue using our services without any interruptions.
