Why I need to set Priority User?

Use only one user to perform all the automated actions and ensure stability.

We strongly recommend Priority user for all your Ad accounts and Product Catalogs. We use this user’s token for all the automated actions, including synchronization, performing automatic rules or even activating ads on the schedule.

You should choose the user with the highest permission to your account and its assets (Facebook Page, Catalogs). This brings you more control over the actions, more clarity to the Campaign/Ad Set/Ad history, and last but not the least, avoid troubles and inconveniences. Set up the Priority user and use the platform in full force!

Click on the Add / Hide Accounts button on the dashboard and select the most relevant user for your Accounts.

The Prority user should ideally be an admin of your Facebook Admin of your business and have permissions to all Ad accounts and Facebook pages.

This user should provide all the permissions to ROI Hunter integration on her/his Facebook profile without any exception. You can find the settings here: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools

Important note: If the permissions are missing for any page, you might experience issues in synchronization of your campaigns, ad test and ads to ROI Hunter.
