ROI Hunter supports the integration of your CRM data as well as Offline Conversions, allowing better optimization and analytics.

It's possible to integrate with basically any system, but let's start with the most common solution. You can scroll down for other options.

Most often, you may be able to provide us with CSV/XLSX export of their CRM data. The data usually represents values that cannot be easily measured by Meta pixel (but not only those), such as net revenues.

The only requirement for the data is that it needs to contain the date and ad ID, which can be found in UTM tags. Other columns are specific to your business goals and can represent any value.

The export is then manually or automatically uploaded to ROI Hunter's FTP and that is all that needs to be done. CRM values will show up in Campaign Manager, combined with Meta and other metrics for easy analysis.

Of course, there may be variations to this approach. For example, your CRM may provide a single export file for each day. Or you may prefer to provide a URL of the export instead of uploading to FTP. 

In all cases, we can customize the solution to make the integration as easy as possible for you.

Generally speaking, integration can work in two ways. Your CRM either exposes data or pushes data to ROI Hunter.

With this approach, your CRM exposes data in a supported format (CSV, XLSX, JSON or others) and ROI Hunter periodically downloads and processes it.

If you have more sophisticated use cases, you may prefer to actively upload data to ROI Hunter upon change. This allows the data to be updated in real-time, but typically requires some work on your side.
