Markets and Assets
Snapchat is integrated in the same conventional way as Meta assets, through the Markets and Assets menu.
To connect your Snapchat assets, browse to Settings > Markets and Assets > select a market > Advertising Assets tab:
Revenue Tracking
Getting the full use of ROIH for Snapchat requires healthy revenue data. The Snapchat tracking rate is calculated as % of spend from ads with assigned revenue. If some of your ads don’t have any revenue assigned, the tracking rate decreases.
Currently, ROI Hunter only supports automatic tracking for Snapchat. Snapchat ads will be tracked if their utm_source contains “Snap” or “Snapchat,” and the utm_id matches either the ad ID or the ad set ID, or in specific cases when utm_campaing matches Ad Name or Campaign Name.
ROI Hunter does not support manual tracking and app ad tracking for Snapchat. However, we are exploring potential solutions to enhance Snap tracking in the future.
For any questions or concerns about your data quality, please contact ROIH Support.

UTM Tracking Best Practices
Following the UTM conventions and best practices allows ROI Hunter to assign revenue to your Snap ads.
When creating an Ad, scroll down to the URL parameter section and click on Add parameters
Available URL macro parameters:
{{campaign.name}}
{{adSet.name}}
{{campaign.id}}
{{adSet.id}}
{{ad.id}}
{{site_source_name}}
Example for Google Analytics:
utm_source={{site_source_name}}&utm_campaign={{campaign.name}}&utm_content={{ad.id}}&utm_id={{ad.id}}
Set up the URL parameters in the same way you've set up your other channels, so you can evaluate your ads with your analytical source of truth
TIP: Set utm_source = {{site_source_name}} to see traffic from Snapchat and utm_campaign={{campaign.name}} or {{ad.name}} to see traffic from each ad
Include utm_id = {{ad.id}} so ROIH can calculate the Product ROAS of each product from Snapchat
