How to get started

To get access to ROI Hunter, you need a unique onboarding link. If you don't have one, ask our sales team and they'll provide it for you.

Step 1: Onboarding Assistant

Go through the Onboarding Assistant to tell us about your setup, so we can tailor the integration to your needs.

Step 2: Create your account to get access to the ROI Hunter

Use Facebook or Google account.

Step 3: Create your market

The number of markets you create depends on how you evaluate your ad performance: if you assess results separately per market, it makes sense to create a market for each one. If you evaluate everything together, one market is enough.

Click: Create First Market

Step 4: Data connection wizard

The wizard will guide you through the integration:

Select the features you want to use in your market: all features or creative features only. Selecting 'creative features only' will guide you through a simplified setup, but several features will be unavailable.

Fill in brief information about your market, so it's easy for you to identify it:

Connect your advertising assets:

  • Ad accounts and catalogues from Meta, Snapchat or TikTok. Before you start, make sure you have:

    • Advertise permission for pages (Manage Ads) and ad accounts (Manage campaigns)

    • Full access (admin permission) for the catalogues you want to use in ROI Hunter

    • If your catalogue's feed is protected by credentials, make sure you have the username and password to hand - you will need them to connect the catalogue.

  • To connect Google Shopping, you need to have

    • Standard or Admin access to a Google Ad account

    • Access to the relevant Google Merchant Center in use

In the next step, connect your analytics assets.

  • Analytics data:

    • GA4, for which you need Analyst permission

    • Custom analytics - another analytics tool using data export from your end (instructions are available in the platform and here)

  • If you want to connect any other analytics tool and you don't know how, reach us please and we will be able to support you individually.

Step 5: Revenue tracking

If you use GA4, we can track your revenue automatically. The best setup is to add utm_id={{ad.id}} to your URL parameters. You can either enable auto-fix, which adds the parameter to any newly created ad that is missing it, or sign up for notifications instead.

If you use a different analytics tool, or you would rather not change your URL parameter structure, skip the automations - we will help you sort the data out later.

Step 6: Finish the setup

This is the final step for now. We'll download and process your data. To create another market, click "Create another market" and repeat steps 4–6.

Next steps - validate your data and set up your goals.

Once all your markets are set and their data are processed, continue to the Final Review
