For Meta and Snap marketing platforms, ROI Hunter replaces your product feed URL with ROI Hunter's Feed URL. The original feed URL is stored in ROI Hunter. ROI Hunter regularly checks this original feed for product updates and processes them to Meta/Snap with enhancements, such as Product Sets and Image Templates (overlays).
Setup supported by ROI Hunter
ROI Hunter supports only the "Replace Schedule" Feed setup - the Catalog always contains only the products that are present in the feed file. Update schedule or other setups are not supported (Except of Batch API integration, that is preferred for catalogs with more than 1 million of products.)
How to update the Product Feed URL?
If your catalog is not yet managed by ROI Hunter (your feed URL is visible in the Meta/Snap platform), you can update it yourself.
If your Catalog is already managed by ROI Hunter (you are ROI Hunter Product Sets or Image Templates), don't hesitate to contact ROI Hunter Support to update your feed URL inside ROI Hunter.
If you decide to stop cooperating with ROI Hunter, you need to apply your original feed URL to your Product Catalog in Meta/Snap. Otherwise, your Catalog may become empty while ROI Hunter stops processing your Product Feed.
