To get the most out of ROI Hunter, your Meta product catalog needs to be set up in a way that allows us to fully manage your products and deliver accurate performance insights. Below is a guide to help you understand the ideal setup and what to do if your current configuration differs.
Product Feed: Use Replace Schedule
If you're using a data feed to populate your Meta catalog, it’s essential that the feed uses a Replace schedule (not Update).
This allows ROI Hunter to manage your product sets, apply templates, and keep your catalog fully synchronized.
Check this in Meta Commerce Manager under your catalog’s “Data Sources => your feed” section. If your feed is using "Update," we recommend switching it to "Replace".
If you are using a combination of Replace and Update schedule, please make sure to use the Replace Schedule only. Read here how to do it.
Batch API: Send Products Directly to ROI Hunter
If you're not using a feed and are sending products directly to Meta (via server/API), we recommend using the Meta Batch API and sending your products to ROI Hunter’s endpoint instead.
You can learn more details about how to set the Batch API to ROI Hunter here.
This setup ensures we can manage and optimize your catalog efficiently.

Other Integrations (Shopify, VTEX, etc.)
If your catalog is connected to Meta via an app like Shopify, VTEX, or another third-party integration, we may have limited ability to manage the products directly.
In this case:
Ideal solution: Switch to a product feed (with Replace schedule)
