Chapter 1: Introduction to Image Templates

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Image Templates section is a part of Creative Factory - ROI Hunter’s workspace for creating, managing and scaling product visuals from your catalog.

With Image Templates, you create consistent product visuals once and reuse them across ads, making it easier to scale campaigns without design bottlenecks or manual template rebuilding.

All image templates are stored in a single, centralized, cross-channel library, so you always know what’s available, what’s in use, and what you can reuse as your setup grows.

Core benefits

Create product visuals once - then scale them easily

Create a single product visual setup and reuse it across multiple ads and campaigns. This is useful when you need consistent product visuals without rebuilding designs every time you launch or scale ads.

You can:

  • Upload your brand fonts, images, and visual assets

  • Add additional catalog elements when needed

  • Position every layer precisely - logos, badges, text, shapes

Automatically update visual elements

Product visuals (such as badges, text, or labels) update automatically based on catalog data or time-based rules, so you don’t have to adjust designs manually.

You can show or hide layers:

  • Based on product data from your catalog

  • Based on time conditions

Just click the Condition icon on any layer and set the rule.

For example:

  • Show a “Free shipping” badge only for items above a set price.

  • Display “Black Friday” or “Weekend Sale” only during specific dates

Available features

The Image Template Library gives you a set of tools to organize, preview, and manage templates at scale.

Key features include:

  • Find templates quickly

    • Sort by:

      • Last Modified

      • Usage

      • Name

    • Filter by:

      • Aspect ratio (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)

      • Usage status (e.g., templates currently active on Meta/Snap).

  • Preview creatives at a glance

Large preview cards give you a clear visual overview, so you don’t have to open templates one by one.

  • See what’s already live

The In use badge instantly shows which templates are currently used in active ads.

  • Take action directly

Create new templates, edit or duplicate existing ones, or apply templates to ads - all from the same place.

Template application workflow

Image Templates follow a template-first workflow - you set things up once and reuse them across ads.

  1. Create a template

  2. Choose the layout and define the layers

  3. Apply it directly to ads across your connected Meta and Snapchat accounts

ROI Hunter automatically matches the template with the right products from your catalog based on the ads you select. There are no extra steps and no additional setup when launching ads - templates just work where you apply them.
