Sometimes it comes up to situations where live dynamic ads are cropped badly. See the following screenshot as just an example:
This can be caused due to many different reasons. In the majority of cases we need to check the cropping settings that are set for the Catalog in Business Catalog Manager.
There are 3 options available:
Fill the ad with the image (default)
Zooms in on the image to fill the entire ad.
2. Fit image to ad
Shows the entire image within the ad. There may be added white space.
3. Crop and resize the image to fit the ad
Crops and resizes image to show the entire item within the ad. This works best with white or transparent background.
Only first 2 options are recommended to use in order to avoid cropping problems
