ROI Hunter supports creating Facebook Audiences from your CRM. Other types of audiences can be created in Ads Manager and then synchronized to ROI Hunter.
It might happen that some Lookalike audience are missing even after the Sync. This is unfortunately known issue in Facebook API, which ROI Hunter is using to access Facebook. The fix is not expected anytime soon.
If you are affected by this issue, you can still create your ad set in ROI Hunter and then go to Ads Manager and add it.
