Existing customers budget cap is a feature unique to Advantage+ shopping campaigns. Existing customers are users already familiar with your product or business. When setting up a campaign, you can define the existing customers audience and then segment the budget to limit spend on your existing customers.
How to set existing customers lists in ROI Hunter
On Ad set tab, in Reporting section, find Add Custom Audience. You’ll be redirected on Ad account setting in Business Manager, where you can upload the list of your existing customers. Read more on how to create the customer list custom audience.
Then go back to ROI Hunter and hit Sync Customer Lists. The lists should appear there.
How to set existing customers budget cap
In Budget & Schedule section, select Existing customer budget cap and specify the maximum percentage to spend on your existing customers.
