Why Some of Your Data Is Unavailable

Make sure you work with correct data

ROI Hunter shows unavailable data when it can’t match your product performance (spend or revenue) to the products in your inventory. This happens when:

  • The product promoted in your ad is not included in your inventory, which contains products from your selected product feed

  • The product IDs in your ads don’t match those in your inventory

  • Some revenue is linked to products that aren’t in your inventory

Fixing these mismatches ensures that ROI Hunter shows accurate, complete data. With fixed data, you will get the most potential of the ROI Hunter and the best results in your campaign.

  • Your campaign results will be complete

  • ROAS and other performance metrics will be correct

  • Our data-driven features, like Product Segments, rely on complete, accurate data to perform at their best. When everything is connected properly, they can drive higher revenue and help you reduce wasted ad spend.


⚠️ What Happens If You Don’t Fix It

If the issue remains:

  • ROI Hunter can’t connect all your ad data to your products

  • Key insights will be missing or misleading

  • You won’t be able to see which ads or products are really performing

How to Fix It

Here are a few ways to make the most of your data in ROI Hunter.

1. Use the Right Product Feed

  • Go to Market Management → Select Market → Inventory Tab

  • Check your Inventory Source (this is your selected product feed)

  • Make sure it includes all the products featured in your ads

2. Add Missing Products

  • In the Inventory tab, go to “Which products are missing?”

  • Add these products to your feed, or send us a better one​

3. Send a More Complete Feed

  • If you have a more complete feed elsewhere (not necessarily used for ads), send it to us

  • The feed should contain all your website products, even those not currently advertised

4. Aim for 100% Product Coverage

  • The more products we can connect, the more accurate your results will be

  • Full coverage helps ROI Hunter deliver better optimization and smarter insights


Summary: How It All Works

To show accurate results, ROI Hunter needs to connect three pieces of data:

  1. Product Inventory
    – This comes from your selected product source (usually feed or Google Merchant) for the inventory
    – We take all products from this feed and use them in the ROI Hunter

  2. Connected Performance Data
    – We collect performance data daily from your linked ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, etc.)

  3. The Matching Process
    – ROI Hunter matches performance data to products in your inventory using product IDs
    – If we can’t match it, that spend or revenue is marked as “unavailable”

The better the match, the better the insights.

That’s why having a complete, accurate feed is key.
