Intro
There can be several issues with your asset's connection to the market that can prevent using other ROI Hunter features or cause poor data health, meaning that not all your wanted data are correctly used.
We tackling this by including a few status indicators on the market page, that can warn you in case of any issue and lead you toward the correct setup.
Market-level issues:
An Advertising Asset (and an Analytical Asset) are not connected to this market. Connect an Advertising Asset and an Analytical Asset to access the data.
This means, that the market is not complete and misses the information about the spend (and/or) revenue. A complete market needs to have at least one advertising asset, an analytical asset, and an inventory.
Connect all necessary assets and request Support to create an Inventory for this market.
To work with the market in ROI Hunter, the market needs to have a working inventory, which is the place where the data from advertising assets about the spend, and analytical assets about the revenue are connected with products and other product attributes. If an inventory is missing, data from assets are not connected together, and is not possible to use them. Once you are done with the assets connection, reach support to create inventory if is missing.
The Inventory feed seems to not be working properly. Please contact our Support team.
This means, that we did not detect any feed updates in the last week, and there might be something wrong with the feed. This can cause missing newest information about the products in the inventory and therefore in ROI Hunter. However, there can occur rare situations where nothing changed in the feed for a longer time, and it is alright. Reach support to check the status of your inventory deeper
Asset-level issues:
There are a few issues, that can occur on the individual assets and usually require attention or further action. If some of this issue happens with any of the assets, in the market header is mentioned that there is an issue with advertising and (or) analytical assets.
There is no data on this asset in the last 3 days. If you expect some data here, please contact our Support team.
This means, that we are not able to download any data from this asset. A common reason is, that there are no active ads on the ad account using that catalog or product source. In this case, no further action is necessary and the asset can stay connected to the market to keep the historical data.
If there are ads using that catalog or product source active, it is possible that ROI Hunter lost permission for data downloading or some other unexpected issue happened and should be explored further. Reach support for more help here.
The data from this asset is not connected to the Inventory. This data won't be included in the ROI Hunter. Please set up the Product Hierarchy Level.
This means that we have data from the connected asset, but the pairing to the inventory is not set yet. To fix it, you can click “Connect to Inventory” to select Product Hierarchy Level. In the drop-down section, the match rate indicator will help you to decide, which one to choose. Choose the one with the highest match rate*. If there is no match rate indicator available, reach support to help. Until this issue is fixed, data won't be included in the ROI Hunter.
*Match rate defines, how much % of the data we are able to pair with the selected Product Hierarchy Level.
Asset data pairing failed. This data won't be included in the ROI Hunter. Please contact our Support team.
This means, that with the current setup, we are not able to pair data from the connected asset to inventory and therefore work with it in the ROI Hunter. This issue should be fixed as soon as possible. Reach support for help.
