Choose the right audience for your ads

Master targeting of your ads and display them to the perfect audience.

Targeting is set for the ad set level when creating a campaign. You can edit it later at the campaign manager.

You can target users based on many factors:

Location

  • Include/exclude specific states, regions or cities

  • Set X km radius from the selected cities

  • Target everyone; people who live in the selected location(s) or people who will travel there

Demographics

  • Target by age range, gender, or language

  • Use "Detailed Targeting" and include/exclude users by even more factors (education, life events, relationship status etc.)

ROI Advice:  "Interested in" targeting is not available in Europe due to local laws.

Custom Audiences

Target more specific group of users using your own audiences.

  • Customer list - upload a file with customer´s phone/email and target them

  • Website Traffic - use Facebook pixel and re-market users based on their behaviour on your website

  • Lookalike audience - users who are similar to your current customers

  • Video engagement - users who engaged with your video

  • Lead engagement - users who engaged with your lead ads

  • Page engagement - users who interacted with your page

  • App activity - target users based on their activity in your application

NOTE: In our platform, you are able to create an audience based on data from your CRM system. We automatically update the audience every 24 hours based on changes in the given .csv file that contains one email or phone number with its prefix per row. 

Connections

Include/exclude people (or their friends) who are connected to your Page or App.

Detailed Targeting

Target customers using their behaviours, demographics, and interests.
