Market Activation

Explanation of what is market activation, why it is needed and how to activate a new market.

Every new market must be activated by a company user. This quick process ensures all necessary data is correctly connected and properly set up. Markets that are not activated have limited features available to prevent the use of incomplete data.

To start the activation process, click "Activate market." You can find this in the market detail page or in Product Insigts or Product Segments, in case your market has not been activated yet.

Then, check:

  1. Advertising & Analytics Assets – Ensure all your advertising and analytics accounts are connected.

  2. Match Rate – Verify how much of your product data can be used in ROI Hunter. Learn more about the match rate.

  3. Tracking Rate – Check how much of your revenue is attributed to the ads that generated it. Learn more about the tracking rate.

  4. Product Insights – Ensure all data appears correctly in the Product Insights. Explore the data, and contact us if anything seems off.

Once everything is checked, activate your market to unlock all ROI Hunter features immediately.
