AI Enhancements turn your catalog images into high-performing, brand-consistent creative, automatically and at the scale of your whole catalog. From clean backgrounds to full virtual photoshoots — creative that used to need a designer or a photo studio, now available on demand.
Enhancement types
Right now there are three enhancements available:
Enhancement | What it does | Cost |
Background Removal | Removes the background from your product images and places them on a clean, consistent background | 1 credit per image |
Background Generation | Creates a brand-new background behind your product, from a text description or a reference image | 2 credits per image |
Virtual Photoshoot | Places your product in a full lifestyle scene — an environment, setting, or model | 5 credits per image |
All three enhancements are billed the same way — through a single, shared AI Credits balance. You'll always see the estimated cost and your current balance before anything is generated. Every client starts with 10,000 free credits to try things out.
Where to find them
There are two different places you’ll work with AI Enhancements, depending on which one you’re using:
Background Removal lives inside the Image and Video Template Editor — you add it directly to a template, on the AI tab.
Background Generation and Virtual Photoshoot live in AI Creative Studio, a separate tool where you configure the enhancement and generate images for a catalog and product set, independent of any template. AI Creative Studio is currently available to a limited group of clients — if you don’t see it yet, look for the banner to request access.
No matter which enhancement you use, there's one place to keep track of it all: the AI Enhancements page. It shows every enhancement running across your account, its status, and lets you review images and manage what's active.
Good to know
Previewing is always free, no matter which enhancement you’re using. Credits are only used once you generate at scale or apply a template to a live ad.
Credits are shared across all enhancements and never charged twice for the same image.
Every client starts with 10,000 free AI credits.
