How to use Billing Page?

Overview of your monthly spend

The Billing Page provides an overview of your monthly spend across Meta and Google. It’s visible to all users connected to your company profile.

User Interface

Navigation

To navigate to the Billing Page:

  • On the left menu pane, click the “Settings” Menu

  • Browse to the “Billing” menu

Menu Items

The Top Panel contains information about your contract period and deal owner.

The Channel Overview displays a separate overview for Meta and Google spend (unless you have a different billing agreement setup).

You may have merged deals with a single limit for both Meta and Google spend.

Or you may only use one channel in ROIH.

Total vs Used Spend

Total Spend

This is your purchased spend for the duration of the contract period. This value is sourced from their contracts.

If you need a higher spend limit than the one detailed in this menu, please contact your CSM.

Used Spend

Contains all ad spend spent on feed-based ads only from Ad accounts in Advertising mode. ROI Hunter processes product insights of every single feed-based ads (decomposes the SKU level ad spend and other performance metrics), evaluates SKU level performance and automatically updates product segments/groups/sets to ensure optimal performance of the catalogue and its feed-based ads.

At the same time, ROI Hunter also takes responsibility for the processing of data and provision of the service in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the effective contract on all connected ad accounts.

Currency Rule

This overview will always show the currency signed in your contract. If some of your ad accounts operate in another currency, their daily spend will be recalculated and displayed here in the contract currency.


Graph Overview

There are several items of information:

  • The blue dashed line shows your total spend limit

  • The purple line shows the already spent total spend

  • The monthly overview shows spend per month

FAQ


Q: Do I pay for all accounts?
A: Used spend is calculated from all ad accounts connected to ROI Hunter in Advertising mode.

Q: What is an account “connected in Advertising mode” to ROI Hunter?
A: Any Meta or Google ad account connected to the market is tagged as "Advertising mode ON" in Meta or Google Settings (Meta/Google Settings -> Ad Accounts section). This account will be considered for the whole ROI Hunter platform (creating, editing campaigns, statistics in Product Insights, Automated rules, Template editor,...) See the full list below.

Q: Can I delete the past spend from billing?
If you turn off the Advertising mode, we will stop counting the spend for the billing from that particular time stamp.

Q: If I turn off the Advertising mode but I will change my mind, can I reverse it?
It’s reversible; you can turn it off or on, as you wish.

Q: Ad spend of the entire ad account is taken into calculation?
A: Only from feed-based ads.

Q: Why is not the used spend calculated only from ads created in ROI Hunter or where product segments/filters are used?
A: ROI Hunter (a) processes insights from all feed-based ads and aggregate the insights for all these ads for every single SKUs in your product inventory to give holistic view of SKU performance that can be used also in other marketing channels and for decisions in commercial teams and (b) ROI Hunter takes responsibility for the damages as explained above.

Q: How often are the charts updated?
A: On a daily basis for the previous day.
