What is a Market?
A market is a single, unified place used for data connection and organization within the ROI Hunter platform. It’s the main space where accounts, catalogs, or product sources are connected to be used in ROI Hunter.
You can think of a market as a “Business Unit” — defined in the most meaningful way for your company.
The differences between each business unit (and therefore, each market) can include:
The location (area of operation, country, or sales region)
A different online store or brand
When deciding how many markets to set up, consider the setup of your accounts — it should be possible to sort and assign data to the correct market.
Existing markets can be viewed from the Market & Assets page.
Viewing and Creating Markets
You can view all existing markets on the Market & Assets page.
To create a new market:
Click “Create Market” in the top-right corner.
Fill out the store, location, time zone, and currency fields.
Store and location define the market.
Features you want to use in this market (more below)
Time zone to help us set the ideal time to download your data from the previous day.
Currency specifies which currency will be used in performance reporting.
Once the market is created, the integration guide will appear to walk you through the remaining steps and help you connect all required data sources.
Choosing Features and Integration Setup
When creating a new market, you can choose which ROI Hunter features you want to start with on this market:
Creative features – such as Templates or Catalog Product Videos, focused on building and running ads.
Full feature set – including Product Performance Management (PPM), analytics, and advanced optimization tools.
Based on your selection, the platform automatically adjusts the integration process and displays only the steps and data sources needed to enable those features.
After the market is created, an integration guide will appear to help you complete the setup.
It provides clear, step-by-step instructions on what to connect next, ensuring your market and data are fully integrated and ready to use.
If you start with the Creative features, you can upgrade to the Full feature set at any time later. Each of your markets can also have a different setup.
Connecting Assets to a Market
To connect any account, catalog, or product source to ROI Hunter, you must first connect or create a market.
Connecting data to a market enables:
Running ads using the connected data within ROI Hunter
Using ROI Hunter features for connected catalogs and ad accounts
Allowing ROI Hunter to read performance data and help you optimize campaigns even further
Assets should always be connected to the most relevant existing market.
If no suitable market exists, you can create a new one.
